ACHIEVEMENTS

Rodrigo Deleon Ruiz is a multi-time Incubate debate champion and a winner of a transatlantic debate tournament, and most recently led a team to win the regional Ethic Bowl Championship. These accomplishments  reflect his steady dedication to communication and learning. Rather than chasing titles, he has focused on the discipline of preparation, the patience to listen, and the clarity to express ideas with purpose. These experiences have become a meaningful foundation for the work he now pursues. Through debate, Rodrigo discovered that true success lies in connecting ideas to people in ways that inspire trust and action. Each competition shaped his conviction that speech is less about winning and more about service, influence, and the courage to stand for what matters. This same conviction drives his mission to share his story with other teenagers, in the hopes that it may inspire them to stand up for what matters to them.
